taking a step back from facebook has been very good for me. i don't look very often, but when i do, the Friendly app has done a good job of throttling down the toxic firehose. (this is good since i'm not going to invite my family to DW any time soon.)
on the drysuit front, Kayak Academy in Issaquah sells used and also seems to deal in alterations for limb length and whatnot. they seem to be respected in and out of the region.
